Trained in the art of Vinyasa Yoga and having a passion for peace and balance is where Anya's Yoga begins.

Her classes are available to youth and adults, as well as the popular mommy and me program.

Having over ten years experience in child services and an inexhaustible wealth of patiences. Anya has developed a simple, effective and engaging brand of yoga for all ages.

Beginner, intermediate and advanced class, as well as private or small group classes are available.
