All sessions require a 24 hour cancellation notice or the session will be charged in full.
If a client reserves a spot for a class but does not show up for the class they are still responsible for the spot
that have reserved and will pay the session fee. All class sessions expire within three months of purchase date.

Infrared saunas Room Rentals are 60 minutes.The sauna can be set anywhere from 100° to 150°. Please note maximum sauna time should be no more than 45 minutes. Hydrate properly and take breaks as often as necessary. The session should feel Purifying and relaxing and be used to detox and distress the body.
